1) ENERGISER FOR FENCE
The first product in your electric fence kit
to choose is the energiser.
Energisers are divided into two categories
according to power supply :
1) Powered by 220 V
2) At 12 V (via a 12 V battery, e.g. car battery)
The first question to ask yourself is:
Do you have the possibility of having electricity near your electric fence ?
If the answer is Yes:
we recommend one of the two 220 V models
(E220 , E220 EXTRA STRONG)
If the answer is NO:
we recommend one of the three 12 V models
(B12, B12 FULL KIT and B12 with SOLAR PANEL)

2) CONDUCTIVE WIRE
Which wire to choose for your fence ?
Inside the complete kits, we give you the possibility of
choosing between three electric fence wires of different thicknesses
and a webbing for electric fence.
How many metres of electric fence wire do you recommend ?
Example: you need to fence an area of 500 linear metres?
You will need at least 1000 metres of wire
(we recommend at least a double wire laid
at 2 different heights of the fence)
If you think you need to protect your fence from different kinds of
of animals (small, medium and large), you might consider
a triple wire fence (arranged at three different heights).
So in that case you would have to multiply the number of
linear metres by the number of wires (in this case 3),
at different heights, and then you would
need at least 1500 metres.

3) INSULATORS
To complete your fencing kit, you need to
select the type of electric fence insulators.
Choose according to the material of the posts used for
your fence (insulators for wooden posts or for iron poles)
How many insulators do you recommend?
It is advisable to mount a post every 4/5 metres and,
depending on the number of wires on
each pole, 2/3 insulators per pole.
So if your fence is 500 linear metres:
500/5 = 100 Poles x 2 Insulators = 200 Insulators (minimum)
