Chimney Pot: A Functional and Aesthetically Pleasing Solution

When it comes to the proper disposal of fumes and the maintenance of a good draft, the chimney pot is an essential component of any chimney system. But with Gemi chimney pot with suction motor, you get much more than just a regular chimney pot. It is a true work of art that enhances the functionality and appearance of your home.

Chimney Pot with Chimney Fan

Gemi chimney pot with suction motor is designed to not only improve the aesthetics of your home, but also enhance the functionality of your chimney system. With the addition of a suction motor, this chimney pot creates a strong draft that efficiently removes fumes and smoke from your fireplace. This makes it ideal for both traditional wood-burning fireplaces and modern gas-fired ones.

Available in a variety of models, including clay and terracotta, and in different colours, Gemi chimney pot with suction motor is a superior and durable solution for your chimney needs. Its attractive and weatherproof design ensures that it remains functional and visually appealing for years to come.

But what sets Gemi chimney pot with suction motor apart from regular chimney pots? It's the combination of form and function. Not only does it effectively remove fumes and smoke, but it also adds an elegant touch to your home's exterior. Its sleek design and high-quality construction make it a popular choice among homeowners and architects alike.

In addition to its aesthetic appeal, Gemi chimney pot with suction motor also offers practical benefits. Its suction motor helps to increase the efficiency of your fireplace, reducing the amount of wood or gas needed to create a warm fire. This, in turn, can lead to energy savings and lower heating bills.

Furthermore, the suction motor also helps to prevent downdrafts, which can cause smoke to enter your home instead of being directed up and out of the chimney. This can be a common issue with regular chimney pots, but with Gemi chimney pot with suction motor, you can enjoy a smoke-free home and a hassle-free fireplace experience.

Don't settle for a basic chimney pot when you can have a functional and visually appealing solution like Gemi chimney pot with suction motor. Its blend of form and function makes it a must-have for any chimney system. Contact us today for more information or to order your Gemi chimney pot with suction motor.

Questions and Answers
The basic model has a suction capacity of 2500 m³/h, a 3-year warranty and can withstand up to 300 degrees. The professional model can withstand up to 700 degrees (therefore also in case of a chimney fire) and is recommended if you have a chimney of less than 3 meters. It also has a 6-year warranty and sucks in 3800 m³/h. The steel model is built entirely in Aisi 304 stainless steel, a material that ensures greater resistance to corrosion and saltiness and therefore over time. It has a suction power of 3800m³/h and a resistance of up to 700°, guaranteed for 8 years. The top of the range offered by Gemi is the professional copper model, resistant up to 700°, with a 10-year warranty and capable of sucking up 3800 m³/h. The stainless steel fan resists corrosion and saltiness. It is fully painted on the outside (including the base) and is therefore suitable for those looking for a more aesthetically pleasing product.
Our electric smoke extractor has a 6-speed regulator, so you only need to set it to speeds of 1-2 to help extract smoke naturally, but not heat. Basically, at the first two speeds, we are not altering in any way the normal operation of a fireplace, which would normally disperse a very small amount of heat in the smoke rising in the flue pipe. The Gemi chimney fan sucks up the smoke that would otherwise go into the house and therefore, certainly, would not produce any heat sources for the indoor environment. It is clear that if the chimney fan does not operate at the sixth speed (usually at this speed it is used to change the air in rooms, to help start fires or to suck up the ashes), with its 2500m³/h(basic) - 3800m³/h(pro) it will be so powerful that it will also suck up the heat, because it will increase the speed of combustion of the wood and consequently partially reduce the heat. Scientific studies have shown that the Gemi smoke extractor can control heat loss, so it is advisable to use a chimney to prevent heat loss. This can be seen in the millions of satisfied customers all over the world since 1983, when the first Gemi chimney fan was created.
The function of the smoke extractor is to regulate the draught of the chimney, in order to solve the problem of smoke in the chimney, oven, stove, barbecue and to reproduce the natural draught of the chimney.
The assembly of the chimney smoke extractor is do-it-yourself. Watch the tutorial video on the product sheets to assembly the chimney fan. If you encounter problems with the installation of the extractor fan, you can ask for the help of an electrician or a bricklayer. If you have any doubts about the installation of the product (e.g. connection of wires, speed regulator, etc.) our specialist technicians will be at your disposal via email, chat or telephone.
If you have a square chimney with a pipe of the same height as the masonry, you must first close the gap between the pipe and the masonry and then install the chimney fan directly on the masonry. Similarly, if the pipe is only a few centimeters (or inches) high, the pipe must be brought to the same height as the masonry. In this situation you have to buy the model of chimney fan with square base, adjustable also for rectangular chimney.
It is possible, but you have to consider the dimensions of the chimney fan. The installation of the smoke exhauster can be done in two ways: eliminating the cap of the chimney and then installing the chimney fan, or inserting inside the chimney the chimney smoke extractor, ordering in this case the smoke extractor without the cap.
Yes, it is possible. There are two ways to make the electrical connection: with the 3 x 1.5 cable (to be run outside the chimney up to the speed regulator) in order to extend the first metre attached to the chimney fan. Or you can make an internal connection to the chimney with our high-temperature resistant cable, which you can purchase separately by selecting the desired quantity in the drop-down menu according to how many meters you need.
There is no time limit. The chimney smoke extractor can work all day without any problem.
The professional fan for fireplaces can be installed at any height, even on flues of 1 meter. On the other hand, the basic model of the chimney fan is recommended for chimneys over 3 m high.
No, the chimney fan does not plug the smoke outlet if it is switched off. For this reason it is possible to switch on the chimney fan only in certain situations, for example when raising the stove door or in case of strong wind.
